Responsibilities:

• Creates recruitment strategies for the fulfillment of hiring plans.

• Supervises the team of talent attraction specialists.

• Maintains communication with internal and external clients regarding recruitment processes for required vacancies.

• Follows up on compliance with the department's operational processes.

• Implements strategies to attract potential candidates.

• Develops, analyzes and monitors department metrics.

• Maintains close communication with Human Resources and Operations areas at the corporate level to follow up on talent attraction plans and strategies.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position preferably in manufacturing industry.

• Experience in recruiting 4.0

• Experience in managing ATS recruiting systems.

• Experience supervising personnel.

• Knowledge of Compensation and wages and salaries.

• Bilingual (English - Spanish).

• Professional career in Business Administration, Psychology, International Business or related career.

• Communication Skills, Customer Service Oriented.

• Availability to work on-site.
