Position Overview:
We are looking for a Bilingual EHS Engineer to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations, promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across the organization. This role is key to maintaining safe operations aligned with legal requirements and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and monitor EHS programs across the facility.

• Coordinate and support internal and external EHS audits.

• Identify workplace risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop corrective and preventive actions.

• Deliver safety, health, and environmental training to employees.

• Investigate incidents and accidents, generating reports and action plans.

• Track and report EHS KPIs and indicators.

• Maintain constant communication with corporate teams and customers in English.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations in Mexico.

• Experience with audits and legal EHS documentation.

• Advanced English (mandatory).

• Proficiency in MS Office.
