Job responsabilities:

Responsible for production line setup and equipment installation, tooling debugging, installation, and repair; debugging of three-axis and four-axis automation equipment points.

Responsible for following up on the equipment stability process after the introduction of automated line equipment in the project, line ramp-up, and UPH improvement.

Responsible for handling and repairing minor alarms on automated line equipment, as well as the maintenance, servicing, and predictive maintenance of automation equipment.

Responsible for improving line issues; developing solutions and effective, actionable countermeasures for abnormal alarm frequency and alarm duration on the line.

Responsible for identifying and monitoring daily consumption of line parts and consumables, and applying for daily consumable spare parts.

Assist in establishing a production safety prevention system and inspection procedures to ensure the implementation of safe production.

Cooperate with the introduction of automation/new equipment, and assist in completing equipment acceptance and formulating equipment operation procedures.
Job requirements:
-
College degree or above, preferably in mechanical/automation or other related engineering fields.

Over 5 years of work experience in the non-standard automation industry, with proficient knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly.

Ability to independently complete the installation and commissioning of automation equipment and deliver it according to specifications.

Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

Strong ability to work under pressure and strong execution skills.
Skills:
- Experienced in debugging three-axis and four-axis equipment, able to independently complete point calibration.

Proficient in debugging and maintaining material magazine and auxiliary material attachment points.

Experienced in debugging Zebra printers and barcode scanner calibration equipment.
-
Familiar with debugging screw locking machines and feeders.
-
Able to analyze abnormal equipment downtime and improve equipment OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

Skilled in electrical assembly and debugging, familiar with the installation and debugging of electrical components such as sensors, solenoid valves, and motors.

Knowledgeable in on-site management and safety regulations, familiar with 6S management standards.
