Job responsabilities:

Support production line and equipment setup, including equipment installation, tooling setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, and repair.

Support the stabilization of automation equipment during production ramp-up and assist with equipment performance and UPH improvement activities.

Troubleshoot equipment alarms and failures and perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on automation equipment.

Identify recurring equipment issues, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce equipment downtime and alarm frequency.

Monitor equipment spare parts and consumables and support spare-parts requests to ensure equipment availability.
-
Follow equipment safety requirements, preventive safety procedures, and equipment inspection standards to ensure safe operation.

Support new automation equipment introduction, installation, commissioning, equipment acceptance, and preparation of equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Job requirements:
-
Technical degree or equivalent relevant experience in electromechanical, mechatronics, automation, mechanical, electrical, or related technical fields. College degree is preferred but not required.

3+ years of relevant experience in automation equipment maintenance, manufacturing equipment, or a related industrial environment.

Hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Ability to perform equipment installation, setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, and basic commissioning activities, with engineering support when required.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong problem-solving skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required skills:
-
Hands-on experience with automation equipment; experience with three-axis and four-axis equipment setup, point teaching, and adjustment is preferred.

Experience with material feeding systems, magazines, feeders, and auxiliary material application equipment is preferred.

Experience with Zebra printers, barcode scanners, and related production equipment.

Familiarity with automatic screw fastening machines and feeding systems.

Ability to troubleshoot equipment downtime, identify recurring equipment issues, and support equipment availability and OEE improvement activities.

Good electrical troubleshooting skills, including sensors, solenoid valves, motors, switches, wiring, and other common industrial electrical components.
-
Basic mechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills, including equipment adjustment and component replacement.
-
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
-
Knowledge of shop-floor safety requirements and 6S standards.
