We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse operations, preferably within an e-commerce environment, and is capable of leading teams while driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

• Ensure accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

• Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

• Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics.

• Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.

• Support peak-season planning and execution, particularly in high-volume e-commerce operations.

• Manage relationships with carriers and third-party logistics providers when applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role.

• Previous experience in e-commerce warehouse operations is highly preferred.

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

• Valid U.S. visa with availability to travel internationally as required.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong experience in CTPAT.

• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Experience managing high-volume fulfillment operations.
