We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse operations, preferably within an e-commerce environment, and is capable of leading teams while driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

Ensure accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics.

Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.

Support peak-season planning and execution, particularly in high-volume e-commerce operations.

Manage relationships with carriers and third-party logistics providers when applicable.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Previous experience in e-commerce warehouse operations is highly preferred.

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Valid U.S. visa with availability to travel internationally as required.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong experience in CTPAT.
