Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and operational excellence.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze production KPIs to ensure performance objectives are met.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why's, and corrective action processes.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Coach, develop, and motivate production personnel to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to support production requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience as a Production Supervisor within rubber manufacturing, plastic injection molding, or plastic extrusion processes.
- Strong experience leading manufacturing teams in an automotive environment.
- Proven knowledge of IATF 16949, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices.
- Strong background in continuous improvement, KPI development, and KPI management.
- Experience utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why's, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Intermediate English proficiency required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
