About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. This role is key to building strong financial processes, supporting operations, and helping leadership make smart, data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• 3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Solid understanding of cost accounting and GAAP/ASPE
• Experience working with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with automotive manufacturing is a plus
• Knowledge of IMMEX, IATF 16949, or ISO 14001 is a bonus
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally

What You’ll Do

Own the Numbers

• Prepare and review monthly financials and reports
• Manage the close process and keep everything accurate and timely
• Analyze variances and provide clear insights to the team

Drive Cost Visibility

• Maintain and improve cost accounting processes
• Track and explain material, labor, and overhead variances
• Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities

Build & Improve Processes

• Help design and implement scalable accounting processes
• Support ERP improvements and automation initiatives
• Strengthen internal controls without slowing the business down

Support the Business

• Work closely with the Plant Manager and operations team
• Help build KPIs and performance dashboards
• Provide financial insights that drive smarter decisions

Keep Things Running Smoothly

• Support AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Monitor budgets and track spending vs. plan
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance

Take Ownership

• Manage fixed assets and cash-related processes
• Support domestic and international payment reporting
