HR Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and execute Human Resources strategies within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, strengthening employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure consistency of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Develop and execute talent retention and employee engagement strategies.
• Manage performance evaluation and feedback processes.
• Oversee employee relations and promote a positive work environment.
• Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
• Handle employee relations cases and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to provide HR guidance and support.
• Lead or participate in regional and global HR initiatives.
• Develop strategies to achieve HR KPIs.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a strong organizational culture.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in manufacturing / maquiladora industry.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in payroll, compensation, and employee relations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
