We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for overseeing and strengthening Human Resources processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and promoting a positive, high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal company policies.

Collaborate with management to implement Human Resources strategies aligned with business objectives.

Promote a culture of growth, collaboration, accountability, and employee engagement.

Develop, analyze, and monitor Human Resources metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Support talent development initiatives, labor relations, and operational efficiency.

Experience with NOM-035 and the Chair Law.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Advanced English proficiency.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
