GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Engineer B supports the engineering team in the setup, design, development, or improvement of products and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in engineering principles, demonstrates that is a fast learner, has a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, is comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing setting, and is motivated to collaborate across departments on a variety of projects.
This role is divided between administrative (Admin) and technical functions.

JOB PROFILE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design or related field.

2 years of engineering experience

Able to maintain verbal and written communication in English.

Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning ERP systems. (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS). (Applies for Administrative Team).

Proficient with SolidWorks and other CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD). (Applies for Technical Team).

Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for calculations, data tracking, or reports.

Familiarity with engineering change processes

Strong problem-solving ability to identify root causes of issues and propose practical, technical solutions.

Capacity to interpret test data and make design adjustments accordingly.
