We are seeking an experienced engineer in digital communications and networks who can interpret 3GPP specifications and develop test plans to validate system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans for 5G/LTE-A/Wi-Fi systems.
• Develop scripts for automation and test analysis.
• Identify and solve system performance issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and clients to evaluate network performance.
• Present technical results to internal and external personnel.

Experience and Requirements:

• Knowledge of 5G, LTE-Advanced, and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Familiarity with RTP/TCP/UDP/IP protocols.
• Experience with optimization tools such as QXDM, TEMS, Actix (Desirable).
• Programming skills in C/C++/Python/MATLAB (Desirable).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Fluent in English.
