We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist with direct semiconductor supply chain experience to support supplier management, cost analysis, and sourcing activities across semiconductor packaging and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing semiconductor contract manufacturers, a strong understanding of packaging technologies, and advanced analytical skills to drive sourcing decisions and cost optimization initiatives.

This role works closely with suppliers, engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure supply continuity, support business objectives, and identify cost-saving opportunities across semiconductor manufacturing and packaging processes.

The successful candidate will combine semiconductor supply chain expertise with hands-on experience managing OSAT and EMS suppliers. They will possess strong knowledge of semiconductor packaging technologies, including bump and WLP processes, and have the analytical capabilities to evaluate supplier costs, drive sourcing decisions, and support business growth in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with semiconductor contract manufacturers, including OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test providers), EMS partners, and other outsourced manufacturing suppliers.
• Lead sourcing and supplier management activities related to semiconductor packaging, assembly, and test operations.
• Analyze supplier pricing, cost structures, and commercial proposals to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to support supplier selection and manufacturing strategy decisions.
• Monitor supplier performance, capacity, delivery, quality, and cost metrics.
• Support forecasting, sourcing strategies, and supply continuity planning.
• Develop and maintain expertise in semiconductor packaging technologies and associated cost drivers.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses using advanced Excel tools.
• Participate in supplier negotiations and contract management activities.
• Support project-related sourcing initiatives and new product introductions (NPI) as required.

Required Qualifications Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing semiconductor contract manufacturers, including:
• OSAT providers
• EMS providers
• Semiconductor assembly and test suppliers

Working knowledge of:

• Semiconductor packaging processes
• Bump technology
• Wafer Level Packaging (WLP)
• Assembly and test operations
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including: Pivot Tables, Complex formulas, Data analysis, Macros/VBA preferred
• Experience performing cost analysis, supplier pricing analysis, and sourcing evaluations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Related technical discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management experience.
• Experience using Oracle ERP or Oracle Procurement systems.
