We are seeking an Import Export Jr. Supervisor to support import, export, and international logistics operations by coordinating activities with customs brokers, carriers, and logistics providers to ensure the efficient flow of materials and goods. Import Export Jr. Supervisor

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the fulfillment of time objectives and procedures in handling documentation according to the metrics established by the department.
  • Guide the team when doubts arise about the execution of a work instruction or provide direction to address any extraordinary incidents raised by clients or suppliers.

Ensure that the team correctly and promptly completes the closure of customs documentation, applying benefits allowed by government programs.

 

 

 

Profile:

    • Relevant academic degree.
    • Conversational English (mandatory)
    • Experience in a similar position (mandatory)
    • Knowledge of Anexo 24 system management (preferably SEER).
    • General experience in operations, application of sectoral programs (Prosec, R8, etc.), maritime shipments (Ensenada).
