Job responsabilites:

Responsible for building the FATP testing system, including the setup, debugging, validation of testing equipment, and report preparation
-
Responsible for the daily inspection, abnormal handling, and maintenance of testing equipment.

Responsible for handling, analyzing, summarizing, and preventing abnormal issues with testing equipment; capable of analyzing abnormal faults and formulating effective measures.

Responsible for efficiency improvement and technical transformation plans for testing equipment, improving FPY (First Pass Yield) indicators, and reducing testing NTF (No Trouble Found).

Responsible for writing basic standard operating procedures (SOP) to guide on-site operators in standard work.

Proficient in creating CPK (Process Capability Index) and GRR (Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility).
Requirements:
-
College degree or above, majoring in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.

At least 2 years of experience in testing-related work; candidates from the same industry are preferred.

Good ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to the company's working environment and working hours.

Able to work independently while maintaining a good team spirit.
Skills:
-
Testing system setup and debugging skills: Proficient in the testing system setup process, able to independently complete the setup and debugging of test fixtures.

Familiar with the hardware and software configuration of testing systems, able to perform system parameter settings and operational verification.

Capable of setting up and inspecting the electrical, pneumatic, and network infrastructure of testing lines.
-
Proficient in debugging methods for acoustics, optics, electronics, and sensors.

Familiar with the basics of the Kazam framework.
