Junior Logistics Coordinator | Automotive Industry

We are looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator with solid experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Operations to join an international manufacturing company with high standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

This position will play a key role in coordinating activities between customers, warehouse, production, and logistics teams, ensuring on-time deliveries, inventory accuracy, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up on customer requirements and deliveries.
  • Manage and control inventories of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Coordinate warehouse administration and inventory control.
  • Monitor material receipts, shipments, and picking accuracy.
  • Ensure customer requirements are aligned with the production plan.
  • Manage information and customer requirements through SAP, Oracle, and customer portals.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators, including:
    • Customer Satisfaction.
    • 100% On-Time Delivery.
    • Inventory Accuracy.
    • Inventory Turn Rate.
    • Picking Accuracy.
    • Production Plan Compliance.
    • Incoming and Outgoing Material Records.
    • Safety Processes, Incidents, and Accidents.
  • Coordinate, support, and develop team members.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong experience in inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems.
  • Experience working with customer portals.
  • Advanced / Business English – required, with the ability to participate in business meetings and communicate effectively with international customers.
  • Valid passport – required.
  • Valid U.S. visa preferred.
  • Availability for international travel.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
