Position Objective

Lead, plan, and strategically execute organizational projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering on scope, timeline, budget, and quality. Responsible for overseeing the project portfolio, driving key decision-making, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the project execution strategy aligned with organizational goals.

• Develop and validate the master project plan (scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risks).

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously (project portfolio management).

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement, quality, maintenance, etc.).

• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and key deliverables.

• Manage project budgets, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.

• Identify critical risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Oversee and approve scope changes (change management).

• Maintain executive-level communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership.

• Lead strategic project review meetings and present executive progress reports. 

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Drive successful project closure, including documentation of lessons learned.

• Promote continuous improvement in project management methodologies.

• Contribute to the development of project governance frameworks (PMO).

Administrative Responsibilities

• Oversee project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.

• Review and approve purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and cost tracking.

• Manage and evaluate suppliers and contractors.

• Ensure proper development of Bill of Materials (BOM) per project.

• Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.

• Ensure readiness and compliance for internal and external audits.

Required Competencies

• Advanced project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid).

• Strategic planning and portfolio management.

• Project financial management and cost control.

• Advanced use of project management tools (MS Project, ERP systems, Monday, Asana, etc.).

• Risk management and data-driven decision-making. 

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation. 

• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement (preferred).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 

• Experience: 

  • 5+ years in project management 

  • 2+ years leading high-impact projects or teams 

  • Language: Advanced English (mandatory). 

  • Certifications: PMP (preferred), Scrum (preferred). 

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Experience in manufacturing or technical project environments (preferred).
