Sales & Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist with experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management. Experience in the automotive, industrial, coatings, or chemical industries is highly desirable.

 

What You Will Do

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Prospect new customers and expand the company's commercial presence.

  • Manage commercial projects from quotation through implementation.

  • Prepare quotations, pricing, and cost analyses.

  • Work closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, and Technical Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, forecasts, and business opportunities.

  • Participate in customer visits, plant tours, and audits.

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

  • Contribute to sales planning, budgeting, and commercial strategy.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or a similar commercial role.

  • Experience in the automotive, industrial, coatings, chemical, or manufacturing industry is a plus.

  • Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.

  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.

  • Intermediate to advanced English, approximately 70% conversational and written.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • SAP experience is a plus.
