We are currently looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Castro del Río, Irapuato, Guanajuato.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Experience recruiting administrative, professional, and mid-level management positions.
• Experience using multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and recruitment process management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and manage job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Source and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews and initial assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
