Customer Experience Associate
Description and Details of the Activities
- Assists customers in navigating the company’s website, as well as creating or modifying custom designs.
- Prepares quotes for each client.
- Serves as a point of contact between clients and different departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follows up with clients and ensures that the sales and customer service departments meet their needs.
- Ensures the quality and effectiveness of their work, immediately notifying the Service Process Supervisor and/or Operations Manager of any issues identified so that appropriate support can be provided.
- Supports the follow-up and investigation of customer complaints and inquiries.
- Maintains effective communication with various departments.
- Provides support and training to colleagues to ensure the optimal performance of their duties.
- Ensures compliance with work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Provides technical support to clients for placing orders through the online portal, via phone, email, or chat.
Experience and Requirements
- High school diploma or completed degree.
- Computer proficiency and strong typing skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- +2 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
