Sr. Radio Frequency manufacturing Engineer

Position Objective

Coordinates and/or executes projects that improve and maintain efficiency in processes, methods, and equipment to ensure the product meets both organizational and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and undesstanding the RF welding processes, machinery and meterials requirered. 
• Planning and scheduling of activities and resources
• Analysis (Methods and Measurement, Machinery and Equipment, Materials, etc.).
• Design (Products, Equipment, preparation of flowcharts, etc.).
• Provide training on production processes.
• Preparation of manufacturing travelers (shop travelers).
• Delivery of documentation (forms, progress plans, scaled drawings).
• Time studies across different operations.
• Preparation of operation sheets.
• Preparation of general company reports.
• Blueprint reading.
• Responsible for establishing and following up on machine maintenance plans.
• Project management and control (Quality Control, Process Control, etc.).
• Response to and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Ensures compliance with requirements derived from the ISO 9000 Quality Management System.
• Supports and ensures compliance with applicable safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5 years of experience in similar positions
• Advanced English

Knowledge and Skills

• RF welding process
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
