Position Objective
Conceptualize, design, and prepare high‑quality graphic materials, ensuring color accuracy and technical feasibility from the creative stage through the final printed product. Ensure that the design vision is accurately translated across various substrates, minimizing production errors and optimizing the use of international color standards.
Key Responsibilities

Color Management: Perform precise color matching using the Pantone Matching System (PMS) and color profiles (CMYK, RGB, Lab) to ensure consistency across different printing processes (Offset, Digital, Flexography, etc.).

Design and Prepress: Create original artwork and adapt existing files, ensuring compliance with prepress technical requirements such as bleed, crop marks, image resolution, and overprint settings.

Final Artwork Preparation: Prepare production‑ready file packages, verifying fonts, links, and output specifications.

Color Proofing: Supervise and approve color proofs prior to mass production runs to validate tonal accuracy.

Technical Leadership: Advise clients and internal teams on the most suitable printing methods and substrates (paper, plastics, vinyl) according to project requirements.
Required Competencies

Technical Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, with strong emphasis on proper color profile configuration.

Graphic Arts Knowledge: In‑depth understanding of printing processes, finishing techniques (varnish, lamination, die‑cutting), and ink behavior on different materials.

Advanced Color Theory: Ability to perform complex color adjustments, professional photo retouching, and technical color correction.

Workflow Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict production deadlines.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent technical education in Graphic Arts.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in design positions within printing companies, production agencies, or furniture manufacturing departments.

Language: Advanced English (spoken and written).

Portfolio:Evidence of real printed work demonstrating color management expertise and technical complexity.

Certifications (Preferred): Adobe certifications or specialized training in color management (G7, Fogra, or similar).
