Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Trilingual Translator to serve as the linguistic backbone of our international operations. This isn't just about converting words; it’s about navigating complex cultural nuances to ensure our message resonates across three continents. You will be the key facilitator for our Spanish, English, and Mandarin-speaking executives, ensuring seamless communication in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Translation: Deliver high-quality written translations (production documentation and technical reports) across Spanish, Mandarin, and English.

• Live Interpretation: Provide real-time consecutive or simultaneous interpretation during high-stakes executive meetings.

• Localization & Strategy: Adapt content to reflect regional idioms and cultural sensitivities, ensuring brand consistency while maintaining local relevance.

• Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous proofreading and "back-translations" to guarantee 100% accuracy and linguistic integrity.

• Terminology Management: Develop and maintain a trilingual glossary of industry-specific terms to be used across the organization.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a cultural consultant for product and administrative teams to prevent "lost in translation" errors before they happen.

What You Bring

• Trilingual Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, and English. You must be comfortable switching between all three rapidly.

• The "Human" Element: A deep understanding of the business etiquette and cultural norms of Latin American/Spanish-speaking regions and Chinese-speaking markets.

• Technical Edge: Proficiency in CAT tools and a solid grasp of manufacturing terminology.

• Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics or Translation. Professional certification (HSK 6) is a major plus.

• The Consultant Mindset: You don’t just translate; you advise on the best way to convey an idea to a specific audience.
