Job Opening: Bilingual CNC Programmer

Location: Poligono Empresarial, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico

We are seeking a Bilingual CNC Programmer with solid experience in CNC programming and machine setup, who is interested in joining a stable manufacturing environment focused on quality, precision, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and optimize CNC machines for precision part manufacturing.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and GD&T.

• Perform machine setup, tool changes, and program testing.

• Optimize cycle times and ensure product quality standards are met.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve processes.

• Document programs and process changes according to internal standards.

• Provide technical support to CNC operators when required.

Requirements

• Technical degree or Engineering background (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field).

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer.

• Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G & M codes).

• Intermediate to Advanced English (technical and conversational).

• Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience programming Citizen A32 Swiss-type lathe.

• Experience in high-precision or aerospace manufacturing environments.
