Demand Planner (Data Analysis) 

Activities:

• Collect and clean historical sales and inventory data.                                                                       
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI for KPI tracking.                                                         
• Analyze deviations between actual demand and forecast, recommending adjustments.
• Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to ensure alignment between demand and capacity.                                                                                                 
• Maintain planning parameters in ERP/MRP systems.                                                       
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for forecasting and data analysis processes.
• Plan the level of employability short, medium and long term.                                      
• Analyze deviations (demand vs. forecast) and adjust plans as needed.                                    
• Improve, develop and implement planning and reporting tools using ERP, Excel and BI.   
• Refining and actively managing planning data and assumptions to improve the accuracy of planning.                                                                                                                                        

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas)                                                
• Power BI (data visualization)                                                      
• Basic programming in Python and/or R (desirable)                                                           
• ERP knowledge                
• Advanced English
• Analytical thinking, Results-oriented and Teamwork                       
• BBA /MBA, Economics or related fields focused on data analysis.                                               
• Demand planning, data analysis, or supply chain (internships count).                       
• Forecasting models expertise (ARIMA, regression, exponential smoothing).
