Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in coordinating various aspects of product development, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating product development projects from concept to completion.

Communicate with overseas and domestic vendors to gather product-related information.

Input and maintain accurate project status and product data in the project management system.

Support cross-functional teams including marketing, compliance, production, logistics, IT, and customer service.

Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

2+ years of experience in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
