  We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Supervisor to oversee and enhance human resources processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is key in driving employee engagement, talent development, and operational efficiency.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Promote a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Develop and track HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.

  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English).

  We work monday to friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
