Join our dynamic logistics team as a Shipping Analyst, a role focused on ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely flow of our products. You will be the key driver in coordinating international shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipment Orchestration: Strategically coordinate and organize all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring strict adherence to packaging specifications and delivery timelines.
Broker & Customs Documentation: Act as the primary liaison with customs brokers, meticulously preparing and managing accurate documentation for product transfers to ensure seamless cross-border compliance.
Performance Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and manage comprehensive reports on customer order statuses, shipment records, and overall logistics performance metrics.
Quality Assurance: Conduct final verification checks for all shipments, confirming proper packing, labeling, and product security. This includes capturing and sharing product images with the broker for reference.
Data Integrity: Maintain precise and up-to-date shipment records, enabling efficient tracking and status updates across the supply chain.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of practical experience in a logistics, inventory control, or shipping-focused role.
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal communication is essential).
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, reporting, and analysis).
