Descripción

The Production Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to the production of goods and services in the company. He/she works closely with other managers and team leaders to ensure that production objectives are met and efficiency is maintained in the production process.

Responsibilities: 

• Be responsible for quality control in the production departments.

• Finding ways to do what the organization has defined as important.

• Planning the work to be done.

• Provide feedback and coaching to supervisors.

• Must thrive and see value in a leadership role.

• Train supervisors and empower them.

• Help supervisors promote and follow new ideas and methods.

• Monitor and control the KPI's of the production areas.

• Identify and troubleshoot problems in the production process and take corrective action when necessary.

• Develop and maintain plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• 10 years in manufacturing Industry.

• 5 years of experience as a production manager

• Advanced level of English

• Advanced: MS office (Excel, power point, Word)

• Experience in digital printing, maintenance and change of printing machine heads.

• Experience in ONYX, Color Print and RIP software.
