Goals:

  • Manage assigned customer portfolio, including key accounts
  • Focus on driving revenue growth, profitability, and positive cash flow
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and manage a Customer Success Team
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Customer Success Team
  • Align Customer Success initiatives with overall business objectives

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Management of the assigned Customer Success Team.
  • Customer relationship management includes full program responsibility with both, existing and new customers and support with contract negotiations.
  • Supports new business development and growth objectives within focused vertical markets includeing Med-tech and Life sciences, Aerospace, Smart Infrastructure and Environment, and Industrial market sectors.
  • Effective portfolio management focusing on growth, profitability and cash flow (profit & loss responsibility)
  • People & organization development: implementation of the Company Operating Model including further development of key roles, competencies and interfaces to business support functions and operations organization.
  • Collaboration with colleagues in other regions
  • Positioning and representing a great experience with customers
  • Assess/mitigate risks associated with customer programs, monitor and track performance of the assigned portfolio and individual customers against established KPIs and goals.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, program expansion, and routine utilization of business intelligence platform/tools (Qlik/SAP/CRM)

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, and/or technical program
  • Over 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably electronics industry
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and growth
  • Strong customer-centric approach and focus on meeting/exceeding client requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to learn/understand technical aspects of electronics contract manufacturing and collaborate with cross-functional teams in overall management of customer programs
  • Skilled in conflict resolution with the ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with “C-suite” and Director Levels
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Valid US Visa
