Goals:
Investigate quality issues and initiate and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure that employees receive IPC training and other customer-required training as needed to meet quality requirements.
Responsibilities:

NCMR Technical Process
-
Review NCMRs to determine the root cause of the issue, as needed.
-
Work with production to correct processes/materials to prevent recurrence.
-
Provide written 8D reports to customers.
-
Provide technical guidance on required actions and rework procedures for activities defined as CTQ.
-
Work with rework personnel and the Technical Department to create instructions, as needed.
-

Review Aegis instructions, build boards, fixtures, and visual aids to ensure compliance with quality procedures and customer requirements.

Follow up on Corrective Action Requests (Q3) in the company
-
Follow up on Supplier Corrective Action Requests (Q2/SCAR).
-
Data analysis, troubleshooting, and system closure.
-
Data analysis and reporting to customers.
-
IPC-620/UL/CSA training, as needed.
-
Coordinate with appropriate departments to assess potential production processes.
-
Verify router flow for NPI.
-
Create a plan for product transfer review when moving production from one facility to another.
-
Prepare and conduct FAI, feedback, and PPAP.
-
Other duties as assigned.
IPC-A-620 CIT/CIS: CIS Training Instructor (Quality and Production)
Requirements:
-
+3 year of experience in a similar position
-
In-depth knowledge of all aspects related to the production of harnesses, precision electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical subassemblies.

Knowledge of harness assembly and manufacturing requirements according to IPC-A-620.
-
Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
