Overview
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Logistics Manager with a strong background in IMMEX operations, exceptional customer service, and excellent communication skills. This role will oversee material planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure efficient supply chain performance aligned with business and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution.
- Develop materials strategies and forecasts based on production schedules and customer demand.
- Optimize inventory levels to support production while minimizing excess stock.
- Lead supplier and logistics coordination, ensuring timely, quality-driven deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to enhance collaboration and service.
- Provide clear communication across departments and with customers, anticipating and resolving supply issues.
- Supervise and develop the materials team to meet performance and service goals.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory, supplier performance, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IMMEX program requirements and related regulations.
Requirements
- Chinese advanced level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain/materials management in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience working with companies under the IMMEX program.
- Strong understanding of IMMEX obligations, compliance, and benefits.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- ERP system proficiency and strong Excel skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Leadership experience with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
