JOB PURPOSE:
Will negociate any issue or trouble regarding his orders, manufacturing processes and workloads, that could stop or increase the leng of the services provided this is a B2B role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Based on Specialized Technical Knowledge of the Company’s services (Metalic bending, cut in milling machinery, grinding, crushing processes).
- Acts as the Customer’s contact regarding Order Process, Billing, Warranty Services, Product Specifications as well as Scheduled Shipping and Shipping Information.
- Handles all inquiries from Customers performing extensive research and/or
- Coordinating with other Departments as required obtaining solutions.
- May Coordinate Product Returns for exchange or rework.
- Formulates the required Reports and Prepares General Correspondence.
- Meets the Established Procedures and the Policies of the Organization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum of 1–3 year experience in customer service/order management .
- Bachelor's degree in Enginering or Business Administration is a plus.
- VISA B1/B2 Required.
- 90% Bilingual (English – Spanish).
- High proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation Skills.
- Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations.
For Work Monday to Friday at 6:00 am to 4:00 pm in Industrial Park "Valle Sur".
