Job Summary:
Responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role focuses on the development of strong relationships, achieving sales goals, working to understand the needs of customers and delivering effective solutions.
Objectives/Functions:

Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets while consistently driving revenue growth.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with potential clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure customer deliverables timely.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Knowledge and ability to use various digital tools, technologies, and programs to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields preferred.

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial, automotive, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to travel.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Valid driving and travel documentation.

Must pass all insurability requirements and maintain insurability for the entire period of employment without interruption.
Work Environment:

Primarily working indoors in a climate-controlled office.

Routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

Frequent travel.
