We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support in billing, warranties, product specifications, and shipping.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, warranties, product specifications, and shipping.
- Research and coordinate solutions with other departments as needed.
- Manage product returns for exchange or refurbishment.
- Prepare reports and general correspondence.
- Comply with company procedures and policies.

Requirements
🔹 Education: High school diploma or technical studies.
🔹 Experience: 1 to 3 years in customer service.
🔹 Computer skills: Basic/intermediate level (Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
🔹 Key skills: Service-oriented attitude, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
