We are looking for a Logistics Outreach Support Specialist with strong communication, organization, and analytical skills to help grow our strategic logistics partnerships. You will be responsible for managing inbound emails, qualifying prospects, reaching out to potential partners, and supporting contract negotiations. This role involves close collaboration with U.S.-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming emails from potential logistics partners.
• Initiate first contact via email and phone.
• Qualify leads and escalate to onshore counterparts.
• Support negotiations of logistics contracts.
• Update reports and dashboards using Excel.
• Meet productivity goals.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in activities related to contract negotiations, problem solving and customer communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office 365.
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
