Your mission at NAPS:
Coordinate and optimize the HR department’s operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective conflict management, and continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities:
Operational management: Monitoring departmental metrics and processes; coordinating with the legal department on labor matters (collective bargaining agreements, lawsuits).
Policy development: Drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Talent and well-being: Overseeing the hiring of indirect staff; managing contract terminations; monitoring the annual program of motivational events and the training plan.
Compliance and Audits: Ensuring proper implementation of the RIT, preparing for audits (CTPAT, Human Rights), and liaising with the union.
Employee Services: Arranging transportation and cafeteria services, and monitoring the health insurance provider.
Strategic Projects: Actively participating in continuous improvement projects, career development plans, and social security programs.
What do you need to join our team?
Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Language: Bilingual (English–Spanish).
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel.
Preferred: Knowledge of the TRESS system.
Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Availability: 100% on-site in Mexicali.
