Sr Buyer

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a related purchasing/procurement role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Excel, SolidWorks, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities:

• Procure supplies, materials, services, and equipment to ensure delivery within the required timeframe.
• Create and maintain purchase orders for the current product line and ensure on-time delivery to eliminate backorders and stockouts.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee the movement of materials throughout the order fulfillment cycle.
• Communicate any actual or potential material shortages to the team.
• Ensure suppliers have all necessary product information to meet quality standards and production delivery requirements.
• Monitor internal minimum and maximum inventory levels, as well as supplier safety stock, to maximize inventory turnover while ensuring material availability.
