Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional eager to grow in both procurement and logistics. This role offers hands-on experience across purchasing, supplier management, and import/export operations, making it ideal for someone looking to build a well-rounded career in supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support indirect purchasing activities and inventory replenishment.
- Source suppliers, request quotes, compare options, and support negotiations.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Track shipments and support import/export processes, including coordination with customs brokers and logistics providers.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels (ROP, safety stock).
- Provide support to EH&S initiatives and compliance activities (learning-focused exposure).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or related.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or related areas.
- Intermediate to advanced English (written and verbal).
