Junior Sales Engineer

Location: Puerto Interior, Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and follow-up to current customers
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, quality) to ensure customer requirements are met
• Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues
• Support administrative activities within the sales area

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales (preferably in the manufacturing industry)
• Intermediate English level (communication skills required)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
