Reponsibilities

  • Establish collaborative relationships with Engineering Leads, Program Management, and Costing Team to accomplish project planning tasks.
  • Support on Cost Request Form (CRF) data collection and tracking.
    • Collaborate with engineering leads to update test time & yield (TTY) portion of CRF based on product changes.
    • Track status of products, provide accurate submission timelines, and drive bi-weekly status meeting with costing team.
  • Drive improvements to new and established processes and reporting to increase efficiencies across teams.
  • Other duties relating to PC Planning & CRFs as assigned.
  • Help inventory, document, and track AI initiatives in a standardized manner.
  • Support program management activities, including follow-ups, status tracking, and documentation.
  • Work with Microsoft AI tools, including Copilot, to help record and manage program details.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent reporting and governance processes across AI programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience supporting Engineering Quality management, project, or program management.
  • Ability to quickly understand new processes and learn new tools.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Sumifs, Vlookup/Index Match).
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated team player able to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and communicate issues as they arise.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineer, Science.
  • English fluent (>95% verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (or similar) Tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills. Able to organize effectively and document work thoroughly while working with local and remote team.
