Warehouse Supervisor – Medical Industry

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast‑paced, highly regulated medical‑industry environment. This role oversees warehouse staff and ensures efficient, accurate, and compliant handling of all materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and lead periodic cycle counts.
• Monitor material expiration dates and coordinate timely actions.
• Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and environmental conditions.
• Manage raw material and finished goods movement, documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, returns, and discrepancies.
• Cross‑train team members and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of warehouse/inventory experience, ideally in a regulated environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, dependable, and an effective communicator.
• Understanding of international shipping regulations a plus.
