Role Overview
This hybrid role bridges engineering, digital design, and marketing to ensure that safe products are not only technically robust and secure, but also clearly communicated and compelling in the digital marketplace. The role transforms complex engineering features into engaging digital content that educates customers, strengthens brand trust, and supports sales growth.

The individual works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to design digital product assets while owning the social media strategy that showcases the value, quality, and innovation behind safe products.


Engineering & Digital Design Responsibilities

  • Develop digital product representations of safes (3D models, renders, exploded views, animations)

  • Translate engineering specifications into customer-friendly visual and digital assets

  • Support product launches with technical documentation, feature breakdowns, and visual storytelling

  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure accuracy of digital content

  • Create digital assets for electronic locks, security features, and product configurations

  • Maintain consistency between physical product changes and digital representations

Social Media & Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage social media content focused on safes, security features, and manufacturing quality

  • Turn technical features into clear, engaging posts, videos, and visuals

  • Educate customers on safe usage, security best practices, and product differentiation

  • Support brand positioning through behind-the-scenes manufacturing and engineering content

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with campaigns and promotions

  • Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Background in engineering, industrial design, or digital product design

  • Strong understanding of mechanical or electromechanical products

  • Experience with 3D design, rendering, and visual storytelling tools

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

  • Strong written and visual communication skills

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
