Job Purpose:
Ensure warehouse inventory accuracy, manage Engineering Order (EO) changes, and coordinate customs inventory discharge processes to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Accuracy & Control

Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Monitor stock movements and update ERP/WMS systems accurately.

Investigate and resolve inventory variances promptly.

Engineering Order (EO) Change Management
-
Coordinate inventory adjustments related to EO changes.
-
Communicate with production and planning teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Maintain documentation for EO-related inventory transactions.
-

Customs Inventory Discharge
-
Prepare and process customs documentation for inventory discharge.
-
Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and company policies.
-
Liaise with customs brokers and logistics providers for timely clearance.

Reporting & Analysis
-
Generate inventory accuracy reports and KPIs.
-
Support audits and provide required documentation.

Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory control.

Qualifications & Skills:
-

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).

2+ years experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
-
Knowledge of EO change processes and customs compliance.
-
Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
