Project Coordinator Jr
Summary of Position
Entry-level member of the project management team who supports project coordinators and project managers by assisting with basic administrative and operational tasks. Helps ensure smooth project execution by maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and supporting communication among team members and stakeholders.
Essential Duties

Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining project documentation, such as schedules, reports, and task trackers.

Support coordination of meetings by preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on assigned actions.

Communicate regularly with internal team members to ensure alignment and timely updates.

Help monitor project timelines and deliverables under the guidance of a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.

Support resource tracking (materials, equipment, and personnel) and assist with resolving minor issues as they arise.

Maintain organized project files and assist in preparing reports or presentations for management or clients.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Basic understanding of project management principles and documentation.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow directions.

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Acceptable Experience and Training

Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in business, management, engineering, or a related field.

Previous internship or 6–12 months of experience in a project or administrative support role preferred.

Basic project management certification (desirable but not required).

Fluent in English.
