Sewing Process Engineer
Leading U.S. designer and manufacturer of consumer products, primarily specializing in furniture, operating a growing family of brands that sell through various channels, incluiding e-commerce.
About the role
We are seeking a skilled Sewing Process Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and standardization of sewing operations within our high-volume, customizable furniture manufacturing environment. This role supports expanding product offerings while ensuring world-class quality, consistency, and efficiency in all sewn components.

Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Textiles, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial sewing or sewn product manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of sewing machine mechanics, stitch formation, and material behavior.
- Experience developing and optimizing sewing processes in production environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in furniture, upholstery, or high-mix sewn goods manufacturing.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, PFMEA, or Six Sigma.
- Experience with CNC or semi-automated sewing equipment.
- CAD/pattern-making experience helpful.
To work in the El Florido area, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
