Role Overview:

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients using our marketing platform to promote their products and services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in empowering clients to maximize the benefits of our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our marketing platform.
  • Use HubSpot for client relationship management and support desk operations.
  • Utilize Jira to report bugs, generate development tickets, and track progress.
  • Take the initiative to identify and proactively address client concerns or system issues.
  • Maintain organized workflows and consistently follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HubSpot and Jira is essential; experience working in or with a marketing agency is a plus.
  • Client Management: Strong communication skills (courteous, patient), resourcefulness in problem-solving, and the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism.
  • Organizational Abilities: Proven track record of managing follow-ups, addressing issues promptly, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactivity & Leadership: A proactive approach and the maturity to take the lead in addressing client-related challenges.
  • Work Ethic: Adaptability and enthusiasm for taking on new tasks and contributing to the growth of the startup.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
