Important North American company recognized as a leader in the semiconductor industry is looking for a Project Engineer to work in its design laboratory in Tijuana, B.C. to manage software development and automation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

• Communicate with project stakeholders and provide regular updates.

• Manage and track tasks using JIRA.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

• Identify and resolve project issues.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Design Power BI dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in software development and automation.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in the semiconductor industry (preferable).

• Familiarity with automation tools.

• Relevant project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc).

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
