Temporary position (3 months)
**This is NOT A CALL The customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Inspect received data for errors.
Type rapidly and accurately both numerical and text data and enter data into an information system.
Activity:
- Manage Large amounts of incoming calls Input sales information Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow Communications procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
- 1-year minimum of experience
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge in e-mail etiquette, computer skills, and typing capability of at least 34-40 WPM.
