Responsabilities

  • Educate and sell our products to current and new accounts using phone, text, chat, and email.
  • Guide customers through training, product education and learning.
  • Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
  • Support high levels of customer satisfaction through interactions cross-departmental.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in MS Office systems, RingCentral and others.

 

Qualifications / Skills

  • Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience (1+ years).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong phone presence and quick connection skills.
  • Proficient in writing and accurate typing. Energetic and self-motivated.
  • Quick learner and adaptable. Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Positive attitude and passion for helping both customers and team members.
