General Summary:
- The Academy team is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support and manage a portfolio of training, eLearning, and certification initiatives. This role blends project management, operational execution, and customer-facing coordination to ensure the high-quality delivery of Academy programs while supporting the ongoing evolution of our learning platforms, tools, and processes.
- The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, customer-facing situations with professionalism and confidence. This individual is comfortable driving structure in a dynamic environment, takes initiative to identify risks and improvements, and collaborates effectively across geographically distributed teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and support eLearning and certification programs, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, execution, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and students, ensuring clear alignment on training requirements, timelines, and objectives and resolving issues as needed.
- Create, maintain, and manage project artifacts including schedules, trackers, status reports, and documentation.
- Manage and validate data across multiple internal platforms and systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Maintain and administer website content and user access for training and certification platforms.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects or initiatives of moderate complexity, applying operational and subject-matter knowledge to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Facilitate and/or lead planning, execution, and status discussions with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and progress.
- Provide timely updates to project team members and leadership; proactively identify, communicate, and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- Support the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of new tools, processes, and methodologies used by the Academy team.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to increased operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project management or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMO, PMP, Agile Methodology, or Six Sigma Project Management Certification.
• 5+ years of project management experience or related work experience.
• 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
• 1+ year of working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials.
• 1+ year of experience working with project management tools (e.g., Visio).
• 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
